Biography
Dr. Smith is a president of Country Express, Inc., a web publishing and programming company. She has an extensive computer background in statistical, business and word processing programs. Dr. Smith teaches online and on campus at the University of California at Berkley, Kaplan University, Saint Leo University, University of Pittsburgh and Jamestown Community College. She has published several research papers.
