Dr. Gilliard currently works in the oil and gas industry, providing consulting and project management services to various businesses. Her research interests include organizational diversity. She serves on the advisory boards of various community colleges, helping them ensure that their courses are market relevant. Dr. Gilliard also has several years teaching experience at various online universities.
