Biography
Dr. Hargiss is the former associate dean and chair of the Graduate School of Business at Everest University. In 2002, she was awarded the Florida Metropolitan University Research Grant to develop a web-based orientation instructor’s training program. Since 2001, Dr. Hargiss has been president of Educational Online Associates, a consulting firm. She is also vice president of Pacific Sunrise Development in S. A. Jaco, Costa Rica (since 2006). Previously, Dr. Hargiss worked for Strategic Resource Consulting, which provides consulting services to startup, emerging and established firms in a variety of sectors with a concentration in biotechnology, medical device, information technology and e-business. Dr. Hargiss is a professor emeritus at Northwestern University, University of South Florida, University of Tampa and Everest University.
