Biography
Dr. Bess earned an EdD from Capella University in the spring of 2018. Her dissertation was on Introduction to Online Course Navigation/Realtime Interaction within an Online Environment. She earned an MBA from Franklin University and her bachelor’s degree from University of Phoenix. Dr. Bess worked in the Insurance industry for 25 years where she held various leadership positions and has worked in higher education for 13 years. In her free time, Dr. Bess enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. They spend many weekends going to amusement parks and spending quality time together.
