Biography
Dr. Greder has worked in nursing education for the past 15 years as a nursing program chair, associate professor, assistant nursing program director, corporate director of nursing and adjunct professor at several universities and colleges around the country. Her nursing career spanned nearly two decades in the medical surgical and pediatrics units of Allina Hospital in Cambridge, Minnesota; after starting her nursing career in pediatric oncology at the University of MN hospital. Dr. Greder is an active leader in the nursing industry, and served on the Wisconsin Nurse Association’s State Task Force on Workplace Violence. She is past district president of the Minnesota Nurses Association and past ambassador for the National League of Nursing and has served in a variety of other capacities for other professional nursing associations.
