Biography
Dr. Rogers is the curriculum manager of Kaplan University’s prelicensure BSN program and a faculty member in the MSN program. Previously, she was the course coordinator for advanced adult health and the director of simulation at Keiser University. Dr. Rogers has taught in various nursing programs at colleges such as South University, Valencia Community College and Seminole Community College. Prior to her nursing career, she was a veterinarian for 17 years. Dr. Rogers has received numerous awards for excellence in teaching and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International, the National League for Nursing, the Florida Nurses’ Association, the Society for Simulation in Healthcare and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
