Biography

Mr. Jason Gagner, MBA, MS, oversees the day-to-day administrative and business functions for Intermountain Healthcare’s Homer Warner Center. His responsibilities include (but are not limited to) budgeting, contract management, grants and other funding opportunities, compliance and regulatory requirements, stakeholder management, project management, governance, and research and development. Jason is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA), Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and the Utah Chapter of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (UHIMSS). Jason has served on various boards providing insight and thought leadership for organizations such as UHIMSS, and BluePrint Technologies. Jason earned a BS in Behavioral Science and Health from the University of Utah and a MBA with an emphasis in Business Strategy from Vanderbilt University. Jason also graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine with honors and earned his MS in medical informatics. In his free time Jason enjoys spending time with his family hiking in the Rocky Mountains. When Jason isn’t hiking you will most likely find him coaching lacrosse.
